Very relaxed but-well trained and extremely efficient.
How long did the check-in take:
Two minutes.
Concierge:
Not needed, only took care of the transport organization.
Housekeeping:
We never actually saw them, but they cleaned the villa at least twice a day.
Turndown service:
Of course. While you are at dinner they transform the room into night mode.
Food and Beverage
In-room dining:
All the classics, plus Vietnamese specialties, of course.
Restaurant:
The restaurant Dining by the Rocks offers fine dining made from local produce. The seafood is incredible. Dining by the Bay offers a different theme almost every night. Make sure to enjoy the Vietnamese Street Food Market they’ve built. Of course, the resort also offers private dining options on the beach or in the wine cellar.
Bar:
Have drinks by the pool table overlooking the bay. For sundowners, enjoy drinks at the beach bar, the sunsets are stunning.
Breakfast:
One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Take your time and enjoy a leisurely start into the day with a huge variety of fresh foods, local specialties and western classics.

Room:
Villas only, with a minimum size of 176 m2. Almost everything is built out of wood which ensures an incredibly calm atmosphere.
Bed:
King with amazing linens and perfect pillows.
Bathroom:
Huge in size and with attention to detail that most resorts can only dream of. The bathrooms are truly stunning and boast amazing views.
Bathtub:
Enjoy a bath in your handcrafted wooden tub overlooking the bay.
Shower:
Both indoor and outdoor showers are available.
Storage:
Walk-in closet that has enough space however long you decide to stay.
Safe:
Yes, but not needed.

DVDs can be brought to the villa. Wifi everywhere.
Spa & Activities
Spa:
Only reachable via stepping stones, the spa is hidden in the jungle and offers everything from sleep therapy to Vietnamese massages and detox programs.
Sauna:
Features a huge window overlooking the jungle. Go at night, when the sounds of the inhabiting animals maximize your relaxation.

Incredible, have a consultation done beforehand so that they can personally recommend treatments for you.
Beach & Pool
Pool:
Each villa has its own decent sized pool which makes the large pool by the reception an added bonus.
Beach:
Incredibly calm. There was never more than two other people in the entire bay during our stay. The boulders on each end of the bay are so perfectly situated they almost seem fake — but only almost.
